The piezotome LED handpiece is equipped with a piezolelectric transducer. It has a light function lighting of the procedure site. This light function is achived by a LED rind consisting of high-performance LEDs, giving a considerably longer life than conventional optical fiber or bulb technologies.
In addition to the performance of its piezoelectric transducer and its optical properties, the front part of the Piezotome LED handpiece can be completely disassembled for optimal cleaning and sterilizing.
The handpiece must be sterilized in an autoclave type B compliant with tandard EN 13060 :
Temperature : 134°C ;
Pression : 2 Bars (200 hPa) ;
Sterilization stabilization time : 18 minutes under steam heat.
